Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that the Service will result in improved search rankings, increased traffic, or any specific business outcomes. Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
